By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Pregacare by Dr. Khushboo course/program, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Educational Purpose Only

Pregacare is an educational and informational program designed to provide general knowledge and guidance related to pregnancy, antenatal care, childbirth, postpartum care, and related topics.

The course is intended to help participants become better informed and does not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or individualized medical advice.

2. No Online Consultation

Pregacare does not provide online medical consultation through this course.

The information, videos, materials, discussions, or other content provided as part of the program should not be considered a substitute for consultation with your obstetrician, gynaecologist, physician, midwife, hospital, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Individual medical decisions should always be made in consultation with your treating healthcare professional, taking into account your medical history, examination, investigations, pregnancy status, and other individual circumstances.

3. Clinical Guidelines & Professional Experience

The information provided in the course is prepared with reference to relevant and available clinical guidance, including guidance from FOGSI and RCOG, together with clinical experience and professional knowledge.

Medical science and clinical guidelines may change as new evidence becomes available. Therefore, information presented in the course may be updated, modified, or revised from time to time.

Clinical guidelines are intended to support good clinical practice and do not prescribe a single treatment or management plan for every individual.

4. Your Treating Doctor Remains the Primary Authority

Your individual doctor or healthcare team remains responsible for decisions regarding your pregnancy and medical care.

Information provided through Pregacare should not override, replace, or conflict with advice given by your treating healthcare professional.

If your doctor or hospital provides instructions that differ from information discussed in this course, you should follow the advice of your treating healthcare team.

5. Emergencies

Pregacare is not an emergency medical service.

In case of any emergency, warning sign, complication, sudden deterioration, or urgent medical concern, you should immediately contact your treating doctor/hospital or attend the hospital where you are booked for delivery or receiving maternity care, as appropriate.

Do not delay seeking emergency medical attention because of any information provided through Pregacare.

6. No Guarantee of Medical Outcome

Although reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and evidence-informed educational content, no guarantee is made regarding any particular pregnancy, delivery, treatment, or health outcome.

Every pregnancy is different, and individual outcomes may vary depending on medical history, clinical circumstances, complications, treatment decisions, and other factors.

7. Not for Medico-Legal or Professional Reference

The content provided through Pregacare is intended solely for general educational purposes.

It should not be treated as a medical record, clinical prescription, diagnostic report, professional medical opinion, medico-legal opinion, or authoritative reference for any medico-legal, legal, insurance, or professional proceeding.

The course content should not be used as a substitute for the advice, assessment, documentation, or treatment plan provided by a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Accuracy & Updates

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that the educational material is accurate and relevant at the time it is prepared. However, medical knowledge, recommendations, guidelines, and clinical practices evolve over time.

Accordingly, Pregacare does not warrant that every piece of information will remain current or applicable to every individual at all times.

9. Individual Responsibility

Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate medical care and discussing their individual circumstances with their treating healthcare professional.

Participation in Pregacare does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between the participant and Pregacare, except where a separate formal clinical consultation is expressly arranged outside the scope of this educational program.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing the Pregacare course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Medical Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use the course.
